Mr. Artyom Mesropyan, Coordinator CSO Development Programs of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, participated in the regular advisory meeting on “Local Self-Government Legislative Initiatives” organized on 19 February, 2020 by the CoE Armenia Office in the scope of the “Democratic Development, Decentralization and Good Governance in Armenia” project.
During the meeting the package of the Draft Law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Constitutional Law “Electoral Code” and a number of related draft laws prepared by the CoE experts was discussed. The comprehensive strategy for leveling financial resources in Armenia was discussed as well.
