The Yerevan branch of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association was founded by 26 November, 2004 decision of the Board of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association. Prior to this, starting from 1 May, 2001, the branch operated as the Yerevan Project Office of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association.

ALA operates Yerevan Anti-Corruption Center (former Yerevan Advocacy and Assistance Center) since 1 August 2010, in the scope of the USAID funded “Armenia Against Corruption” project (former “Development of AACs National Network” Project)   “Mobalizing Action Against Corruption” Project

Lori Regional Branch of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association was founded by 28. January, 2000 decision of the Board of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association. Lori Regional Branch of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association operates throughout the territory of Lori Marz. Branch office is located in Vanadzor City, the Marz Center.
