On 5 November, 2019, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia presented for the public discussion on the e-draft.am web site the Draft Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia on Making Amendments and Supplements to the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia N 1937-N dated 24.12.2003 and n Repeal of the Decision N 566-N of the RA Government dated 29.04.2010. According to the reasoning, the draft aims to revise the state budget a number of procedural provisions in the bidding process for the allocation of grants to legal persons, expecting to ensure transparency and accountability of grants provided to legal entities from the state budget of the Republic of Armenia, and establish uniform template documents for bids, reports and other necessary documents.
