The ceremonies of handing completion certificates to the participants CSO incubators in the scope of the EU-funded “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project were held in Vanadzor City on 14 January and in Kapan and Gyumri cities on 17 January 2019.
In Vanadzor, 10 out of 13 CSOs involved in the 1st and 2nd Phase of Vanadzor Incubators participated in the event.
