Karen Zadoyan, President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, presented his concerns over the new draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Tax Code during the TV Program “Arantsk” (Axis) of “GALA” TV.
According to him: first of all, it is not clear why the amendments are being made. Second, whether the financial, legal, political impact assessment had been carried out, why these legislative changes are necessary and which are their justification; third, what risks will arise after the adoption of the draft law on amendments and additions.
