This report presents the results of the observation mission carried out by members of non-governmental organizations in the notary offices, as well as analyzing the relevant legislation regulating the notary services sector during the same period. All activities have been carried out within the scope of the comprehensive monitoring program of RA Notary Offices. The Project was implemented by the Armenian Young Lawyers Association with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan.
