Citizens respond quickly to Legislative Changes: Free Legal Advice is provided

The Armenian Lawyers’ Association has been in the process of providing free online legal advice to the public at large on legal issues since the declaration of the state of emergency in Armenia.

From 16 March until today, the ALA lawyers’ replies to the citizens’ questions are more than 1500.

In addition to the coordinators of the ALA Yerevan office, consultations were provided by the coordinators of the regional offices in Vanadzor, Shirak and Syunik marzes as well.

In addition to questions, complaints and suggestions also were received from the citizens. Initially, the questions referred to the situation created by the epidemic, the programs to neutralize the economic problems adopted by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

The questions still refer to each legislative change.

To summarize, in August, 148 legal entities and individuals received free legal advice from the ALA lawyers.
