“BlowtheWhistle, Armenia”: The new whistleblowing campaign program has been launched. Both the Ministry of Justice and the Armenian Lawyers’ Association implementing the program have noted the positive results of the previous program.
According to program expert Syuzanna Soghomonyan, the low results that existed since the launch of the whistleblowing system were regrettable. The resource invested in developing the system had not yielded its results.
The program plans to conduct 21 training sessions in 4 regions and Yerevan. The target regions are Shirak, Gegharkunik, Tavush, and Lori. The effectiveness of the courses will be checked through special questionnaires. Participants will answer the same questionnaire before and after the course. An increase in knowledge of at least 40 percent is expected.
