I need to get a Pension, I do not know whether I will live those Two Years or not: Forcibly Displaced

Ms Raisa Khachatryan   in the framework of “Legal Problems of Artsakh Armenians in Armenia” series of Iravaban.net that she did not imagine that Artsakh could be depopulated, that was why she took her passport and went as a guest.

“When the movement that began, my relatives said that it is a movement, who should deal with you? I came and saw that my husband is in serious condition, he got sick at the positions. An currently he does not receive a pensions and also does no t have a job. I do not have job as well. The reasoning is that only people under 50 are provided with job,” she said.

Ms. Raisa’s passport has expired, that is why she cannot get a pension. She did not receive 40+10 thousand AMD support either.

“We borrowed 30 thousand drams to prepare the documents, nothing is possible. Only the debts remained. We have been registered for it. But I have not received a pension for a long time,” she says.
