On June 11, a meeting of the ALA Board was convened in a remote format, presided over by ALA President and Board Chairman Karen Zadoyan.
During the meeting’s commencement, Karen Zadoyan and Marat Atovmyan briefed the Board members on the outcomes and agreements resulting from their participation in 8th International Symposium of the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) and their visit to Vietnam.
Following this, the session proceeded with a discussion on the topics of membership in the ALA and the payment of membership fees. Additionally, deliberations regarding the termination of membership for certain current ALA members were also undertaken.
Subsequently, ALA Vice President Marat Atovmyan presented the matter concerning the organization of the forthcoming international legal conference.
The Board members proffered their suggestions, initiating an exchange of ideas which culminated in unanimous support for the organization of the conference. Consequently, a decision was reached to establish an organizing committee for the international legal conference, to be coordinated by ALA Vice President Marat Atovmyan.
Karen Zadoyan presided over the meeting of ALA Board, with Arpine Yeghikyan serving as the meeting secretary. Board members including Marat Atovmyan, Karen Kocharyan, Astghik Matinyan, and ALA Executive Director Artak Saribekyan participated in the meeting.
