On 8 May, the participants of the budget training for the representatives of CSOs and Mass Media launched within the framework of the “Budgets for Citizens” action had an online discussion in questions and answers format with Miss Syuzanna Soghomonyan, representative of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association.
The Representative of the ALA noted the participants’ good start and progress in the study. The CSO and Media representatives in their turn expressed gratitude to Syuzanna Soghomonyan for the prepared accessible and interactive materials.
Further, the participants discussed with the ALA representative the issues of their concern regarding the “Implementation of advocacy in the budget process” component of the project. As a result, a productive discussion took place.
The “Budgets 4 Citizens” (B4C) action (8 December, 2022 – 7 December, 2026) is being implemented with the financial support of the European Union by the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, in cooperation with partners “Economic Development and Research Center” (EDRC) NGO and “Agora Central Europe” NGO (Czech Republic).
