Drawing and Essay Competitions for Youth shall be organized in the framework of the “Multifaceted Whistle-Blowing Promotion in Armenia” implemented with the support of the European Union and the “Open Government Partnership Europe” Foundation.
The title of the drawing competition is “Illustrate the Truth”, and the essay competition is held under the title “Tell the truth”.
The objective of the competitions is to increase the involvement of teenagers and young people in the development of the whistle-blowing system and the formation of correct perceptions about it.
Creative pupils and students of high schools are welcome to participate in the competition.
Within the framework of the drawing competition, the participants must present their unique pictures under the title “Illustrate the Truth”, and the participants of the essay competition must present their own essay under the title “Tell the Truth”.
The evaluation criteria and other technical details are presented below.
The deadline for registration for the competition is 10 November, at 23:59.

The deadline for submitting the works is 3 December, at 11:59 p.m.
The results of the competition will be summarized on 9 December, at the event dedicated to the International Anti-Corruption Day, in which the participants of the competitions will be invited to participate, and the authors of the best works will be awarded the prizes.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Painting competition works must meet the following technical standards:
- Drawn on A3 size paper.
- Painted by hand, not copied or printed.
- Match and derive exclusively from the title of the contest.
- Any kind of drawing materials can be used (pencil, oil, watercolor, etc.).
Essay competition works must meet the following technical standards:
- They should be at least 2 page long.
- Be both computer-compiled and handwritten versions.
Works should be sent to the address [email protected], indicating the title of the competition and the name and surname of the author of the work in the subject of the letter.
Typed and handwritten essays are accepted. Submit handwritten essays in Word, PDF, JPEG formats.
For the drawing competition, submit a picture in JPEG format, the density of which should be at least 600 dpi.
At the same time, the organizers of the competition can request the participants to present the original work at any time.
