Cooperation of universities with employers is important not only for the sides bust also for the country. Today, the Armenian Lawyers’ Association and Yerevan State University of Languages and Social Sciences after Bryusov signed a Cooperation Agreement.
Mr. Karen Zadoyan, the President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association and the Coordinator of the Secretariat of the CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition noted that many students of this educational institution had come to the association got experience and opportunity to work. He particularly mentioned, “This is mutually beneficial to both institutions, and we shall continue cooperation. We shall be able to develop joint programs in the scope of this agreement.”
Karen Zadoyan believes that currently the most important issue in Armenia is to get high-quality education and this is why the organization regularly cooperates with universities to support young professionals.
Ms Gayane Gasparyan, the Rector of YSLU, also highlighted cooperation of the public and business sectors. According to her the Agreement will provide broad opportunities to the students to gain knowledge and broaden their experience.
After speeches, the parties signed the Agreement.
Notably, the parties had signed a bilateral cooperation agreement in 2012 as well for the term of two years, which regulated a number of issues on cooperation.
