The Armenian Lawyers’ Association has issued a statement saying:
“Since 27 September, 2020, our compatriots in Artsakh have been temporarily relocated to the Republic of Armenia due to the war unleashed in Artsakh by Azerbaijan with the active participation of Turkey.
“Due to all this, the Armenian Lawyers’ Association provides free legal advice to our compatriots from Artsakh who immigrated to Armenia, to the individuals volunteering or mobilizing for the defense of the homeland, to their families, to those citizens who have suffered and are suffering material losses due to the war.
