Today, a working discussion with participation of representatives of a number of state agencies, academic and non-governmental organization was held within the framework of the “Operational Communication and Alert Management with Broad Access to Online Platform” project implemented by the “Aware and Protected Consumer” NGO. During the discussion, Babken Pipoyan presented the online platform providing operational communication and alert management, its purpose, structure and application procedure, and answered the participants’ questions.
At the end of the discussion, Cooperation Agreements were signed between the “Aware and Protected Consumer” NGO and several state bodies, academic and NGOs. A Cooperation Agreement, addressing consumer-centered information exchange and protection, appealing to unified consumer-centric approaches to complaints, was signed between Babken Pipoyan, President of the “Aware and Protected Consumer” NGO, and Karen Zadoyan, President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association.
