The Armenian Young Lawyers Association is 20 years old. The 20 years struggle for the protection of human rights and justice and fight against corruption was summed up on 14 January. Mr. Karen Zadoyan, the President of the Armenian Young lawyers Association mentioned that during these years the non-governmental organization carried out extensive activities aimed at the development of the civil society and raising the legal consciousness of the public.
He stressed the importance of active participation of the civil society in the fight against corruption.
The festive event was followed by the ceremony of awarding certificates.
Arnold Vardanyan was awarded an appreciation letter for significant contribution in the development of the AYLA. Mrs. Astghik Karapetyan was awarded for the significant contribution and support in the development of the journalistic investigations division of Iravaban.net website. Mr. Karen Kocharyan was recognized the Best Member of the AYLA in 2015. Miss Margarita Melkonyan was recognized the best volunteer of the AYLA in 2015. Mr. Gevorg Tosunyan, the journalist of Iravaban.net website was recognized the best employee of the AYLA staff for excellent professional preparedness and high corporate features in 2015
Notably, Mr. Karen Zadoyan, made Mojito and treated all the participant during the event.
