Ms Syuzanna Soghomonyan, Anti-Corruption Expert/Lawyer of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, in the interview with Aravot.am speaking about the ongoing reforms in the field of anti-corruption, touched upon the Draft Law “On Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Corruption Prevention Commission.” Syuzanna Soghomonyan also presented the main risks involved in the draft, which challenge independence guarantees of the Commission and thus the formation process of the Commission will become highly politicized.
