Anti-Corruption Experts and Advocates of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association Ms Syuzanna Soghomonyan and Mr. Marat Atovmyan talked at 1in.am about the Anti-Corruption Commission and the Anti-Corruption Policy Council, as well as the issues of independence of these institutions and the challenges facing Armenia.
Experts also touched upon the the Draft “On Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Corruption Prevention Commission” and presented counter-arguments to the main substantiations of the authorities. According to experts, these arguments are subjective, non-legal, and unreasoned.
