“Armenia Disinformation Resilience Academy: Building Strategic Defense Capabilities Through Lithuanian Experience Transfer” Project. The project aimed to strengthen Armenia’s resilience against disinformation threats ahead of critical democratic processes by transferring Lithuanian best practices in systemic counter-disinformation models.
Core Objectives: Enhance analytical and response capacities of Armenian CSOs, media actors and institutional representatives; Increase public awareness of disinformation detection tools; Establish structured multi-sectoral cooperation mechanisms.
Key Results Achieved: 5-module LMS-based Academy developed and implemented; 50 participants completed e-learning phase; 20 participants completed intensive training & mentorship; 43 percentage point knowledge growth (48% → 91% post-test); 4 multi-sectoral cooperation action plans developed; 2 Public-Private Dialogue (PPD) workshops (65 participations); Official Multi-Sectoral Cooperation Roadmap submitted to RA Government; 4 expert articles published (52,705 views); Practical Handbook on Countering Disinformation developed
