On January 8, 2025, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia published on the unified website for publishing draft legal acts (e-draft.am) the draft Constitutional Law “On Making Additions and Amendments to the Constitutional Law ‘Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia'”, the draft Law “On Making Amendment to the Law ‘On Judicial Department'”, and the draft Law “On Making Addition to the Law ‘On Public Service'”.
