The “BlowtheWhistle, Armenia” program is being implemented by the Armenian Lawyers’ Association within the framework of the “Armenia Integrity” Project, with generous support from the people of the United States through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
The project’s aim is to raise public awareness of the whistleblowing system, conduct activities to change perceptions among various societal groups regarding the system and enhance digital literacy for using a unified whistleblowing platform. The target groups include representatives of local self-government bodies and private companies, as well as students, graduates, and teachers.
Duration: 12 months, September 17, 2024 – September 30, 2025.
Budget: 15,500,000 AMD.
Results: Conducted nationwide digital literacy and whistleblowing awareness campaign in
Yerevan and 4 regions (Syunik, Lori, Tavush, Shirak) for 4 target groups: LSGs, private sector, universities and schools. Trained 566 participants across 4 regions. Developed digital security and anonymous reporting guidance. Produced online educational materials reaching 172,453 views. Introduced pre/post knowledge measurement (55.64% increase).
