The admission of guilt is an individual’s act of refraining from contesting the offense attributed to them. It can be either a partial or a complete admission.
If the individual does not contest the charges against them at all, this can be characterized as a complete admission of guilt. A partial admission can manifest in the following way: when the individual admits that they committed the act, but disagrees with the opinion of the body conducting the proceedings that the act corresponds to this or that article of the criminal code.
