The Ministry of Justice of the RA drafted and presented for consideration of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association “The procedure for disposing of gifts оф officials and civil servants that have become state property, a list of perishable property that requires significant maintenance costs, cases of destruction of perishable property, the procedure and methods of disposal, features of managing certain types of property, methods for choosing methods of alienation and disposal of property, about establishing the procedure for issuing an opinion, defined by the law “On establishing the procedure for issuing an opinion, defined by the Law “On State Protocol”, “On introducing amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated 13 October, 2016 No. 1067” and “Resolution No. 587 of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 April 2021 on making additions and changes to the draft resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as the “Drafts”) and the justification of the Drafts.
Highlighting the importance of these Drafts in improving the field, the Armenian Lawyers’ Association and the CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenian provided expert considerations, opinions and recommendations on the Drafts, which are available here (in Armenian language).
