On 23 April, the regular meeting of the Board of of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association of took place in remote format. Mr. Karen Zadoyan, the Chairman of the ALA Board chaired the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairman of the Board, Karen Zadoyan, presented to the attention of the members the issues on the agenda, which the participants approved unanimously.
Further, the members held a discussion about the membership fees of the Association, termination of the member’s membership, as well as the issues of enrolling new members. As a result of the discussion, new additions to the ALA Board are expected in the near future.
Referring to the other issue on the agenda, Karen Zadoyan proposed to convene a General Assembly of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association of on 30 April, at the same time presenting to the members the agenda issues to be discussed at the Assembly.
At the end of the session, the board member Mr. Marat Atovmyan shared information about his participation in the recently held conference “Legal Dialogue – Business Protection 2024” in St. Petersburg and the experience he gained.
