An Online awareness Seminar on Budgetary Educational Program with GSU Students was held

On 20 March, an online awareness seminar regarding the educational program aimed at the development of budgetary abilities of young professionals implemented within the framework of the “Budgets for Citizens” Project was held for the students and Professorial Teaching Staff of  the Gavar State University.

At the beginning of the awareness seminar, Mr. Samvel Amirkhanyan, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics of GSU, who participated in the seminar together with the students, welcomed the idea of ​​the educational program implemented within the framework of the Program, the desire to actively involve the youth of the community, and urged the students to participate in the educational program and gain important budget knowledge, which they will later use in the municipal budgeting process.

At the beginning of the online meeting, Project Assistant Anahit Mardoyan welcomed the attendants for participating in the meeting, and presented to their attention the Project, the actions implemented and planned within its framework, and in particular, introduced the budgets.am  budget knowledge exchange platform created within the Project.

After that the students were familiarized with the budgetary training program aimed at developing the skills of young professionals planned within the framework of the Program, emphasizing its advantages, opportunities and results.

At the end of the seminar, the participants asked questions about the stages of the training program, the teaching experts and the dates. They also mentioned that they will participate in the training with great interest.
