Lawyer Marat Atovmyan, a Board Member of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, participated in the meeting of the Group of Independent Experts on the European Charter of Local Self-Government (GIE) in Strasbourg.
Marat Atovmyan also met with the Secretary General of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the CE and the Deputy Director of the Office of the Commissioner of Human Rights of the CE.
Mr. Atovmyan presented the situation in Armenia and Artsakh to the high-ranking officials of the CE.
