“Harmony” Shushi Women NGO is developing its strategic plan

“Harmony” Shushi Women’s Non-Governmental Organization was founded on 21 February, 2021. The organization was founded by a group of women who forcibly emigrated from the city of Shushi after the Artsakh war in 2020. The Armenian Lawyers’  Association supported thե foundation of the organization.

Currently, “Harmony” Shushi Women NGO is developing the organization’s strategic plan in an inclusive manner, with the organization’s CEO and Board Members participated and successfully completed and/or are still undergoing an online CSO capacity building course. At present, the “Harmony” Shushi Women’s Non-Governmental Organization is developing an inclusive strategic plan for the organization.

The next working meeting/training of the partners was dedicated to the development of the strategic plan of the “Harmony” NGO. The working discussion, which was attended by the executive director of the “Harmony” Shushi Women’s Non-Governmental Organization and members of the Board, was chaired by Mr. Karen Zadoyan, the president of the ALA. During the working meeting, a number of issues related to the development and implementation of priority programs aimed at the protection of the socio-economic, health and other rights of the beneficiaries of the strategic plan, as well as the development and implementation of the strategic plan, the components and content of the plan were discussed.

Similar trainings and workshops will be ongoing from now on.
