Armenian Lawyers’ Association shares Experience with Partners from “De-Occupation of Hadrut” NGO

“De-Occupation of Hadrut” NGO was founded on 4 December, 2020. The organization was founded with the support of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, by a group of people who were forcibly emigrated from the Hadrut region of the Artsakh Republic during the Artsakh war in 2020.

Currently, “De-Occupation of Hadrut” NGO has developed the organization’s strategic plan in an inclusive manner, the Chairman of the Board of the Organization, the Executive Director, the Deputy Executive Director have participated, and have successfully completed an online CSO capacity building course. The Armenian Lawyers’ Association provided consulting assistance through the entire process of developing the strategic plan of “De-Occupation of Hadrut” NGO.

The next working meeting of the partners was dedicated to the development and implementation of the priority programs arising from the strategic plan of the “De-Occupation of Hadrut” NGO. The working discussion, which was attended by the Chairman of the Executive Board, Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director of the Hadrut De-Occupation NGO, was chaired by Mr. Karen Zadoyan, President of the ALA. During the working meeting, the issues of development and implementation of urgent priority programs aimed at the protection of socio-economic, health and other rights of the beneficiaries of the organization were discussed as well.

Similar trainings and workshops will be ongoing from now on.
