On 21 January, the online meeting of the Board of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association (hereinafter referred to as ALA) took place online. Mr. Karen Zadoyan, President of the ALA, chaired the meeting.
During the meeting, the Board approved the selection of the auditor to carry out the financial and program audit of the ALA.
The second issue on the agenda was the approval of the ALA Strategic Plan for 2020-2023 (revised).
The President of the ALA presented the revised Strategic Plan of the ALA for 2020-2023. After the the presentation of the Strategic Plan ALA Board Members Mr. Marat Atovmyan, Mr.Karen Kocharyan, Mr. Carl Ulbricht, Ms Gohar Ghazinyan and Ms Zaruhi Harutyunyan made speeches.
Further, the members of the Board participating in the meeting of the ALA unanimously approved the Strategic Plan for 2020-2023 (revised) of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association.
6 out of 7 members of the Board, Karen Zadoyan, Marat Atovmyan, Karen Kocharyan, Carl Ulbricht, Gohar Ghazinyan and Zaruhi Harutyunyan, took part in the meeting. The Board meeting was open and was attended by the ALA Executive Director Mr. Artak Saribekyan, and ALA Member Ms Gayane Gevorgyan.
