Mr. Karen Zadoyan, President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association took part in the discussion as well. ALA President expressed his concern over the establishment of a Fact-Finding Commission and its work, one of the mechanisms of transitional justice envisaged by the draft action plans. According to him, the planned actions do not fully reflect the idea, goals and tools of transitional justice, synergies have not been provided between the other three mechanisms of transitional justice as well as with other strategies, such as the strategies on human rights and anti-corruption.
