On 27 February, 2020, a regular seminar-training on “CSO Management Subsystem” was organized in the Lori regional branch of the “Armenian Lawyers’ Association” NGO within the framework of the “ALA for Modernization” project. 9 representatives of non-governmental organizations of Lori region participated in the training.
Ms Zarine Hovhannisyan, Lawyer/ Program Coordinator of the Vanadzor Office of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, made an opening speech, thanking the participants for their presence.
At the beginning a presentation on the key importance of the correct operation of the infrastructure management, general and common approaches to organizational structure, which was introduced in the agenda of other issues relating to human resource management, NGO financial planning, internal control system, as well as information management and reporting, transparent work within the structure.
At the end of the seminar, the participants asked the speaker their questions, which mainly related to budgeting skills, annual reports, as well as evaluated the newly acquired knowledge, highly appreciating the efficiency and effectiveness of the training. It should be reminded that the trainings will be continuous; seminar-trainings on such topics will be regularly organized, which will contribute to the correct organization of the activities of the regional CSOs and the strengthening of their capacities.
