The Armenian Lawyers’ Association continues the process of providing free online legal advice to the public at large. Consultations were provided by the coordinators of the ALA Yerevan office, Shirak, Syunik and Lori marz offices.
Summing up the month of September 2020, the following is achieved․ In the period from 1 to 30 September 2020, ALA lawyers provided free legal advice to about 114 legal and natural persons, and the number of questions exceeds the number of persons.
Taking into account that on 27 September 2020, the Government of the Republic of Armenia declared martial law and general mobilization throughout Armenia, the lawyers of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association will provide free legal advice to the citizens and their family members who voluntarily or through mobilization went for the defense of the RA homeland. Questions about mobilization, as well as credit obligations, labor legal relations, and other legal relations related to the above will be addressed.
