The interview phase of the police patrol service is over:  ALA representatives are included in the Commission as well

The interview stage of the RA Police Patrol Service, which started on 1 October, is over.

147 applicants took part in the start of the interview phase.

A total of 1146 applicants (police officers – RA citizens) who passed the previous two rounds with positive results passed the interview by 10 October.

The interview was conducted by a commission divided into seven separate groups, each with a representative from the RA Police, the RA Ministry of Justice, NGOs, an international partner organization, as well as a psychologist. The representatives of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, Davit Serobyan, Artashes Khalatyan, Gayane Gevorgyan, and Nare Smbatyan were also included in the commissions.

During the interview, the committee used a questionnaire approved by it to check the personal qualities and merits of the applicants (employees), the general psychological profile, including self-control, behavior, listening and communication skills, as well as general knowledge.
