One of the main conditions for increasing the effectiveness of the fight against corruption is the establishment of a body/bodies with the authority to prevent corruption, conduct anti-corruption education and preliminary investigation of corruption crimes, which (will be endowed) with high guarantees of independence. In such conditions, there is an objective need to consider the establishment of an anti-corruption body/bodies endowed with guarantees of independence at the constitutional level in the Republic of Armenia.
