Within the framework of the “ALA for Modernization” program, the Armenian Lawyers’ Association of has initiated provision of legal advice to the public on a number of legal issues related to the state of emergency. The first and second questions and answers prepared by our legal team were related to the 13 measures aimed at neutralizing the economic consequences of the coronavirus, their main regulations, as well as the rights of employees during the restrictions imposed as a result of the pandemic.
With this third series of questions and answers, we aim to address issues related to social and other issues addressed to us during the state of emergency and to inform the public about the legislative regulations related to them.
