In the interview to www.aravot.am, Karen Zadoyan, President of the Armenian Lawyers’Association, said that the procedure for forming a Corruption Prevention Commission already contradicts the statements of the Armenian authorities that the fight against corruption in our country should be based on the principle of independence. What is offered by law, according to K. Zadoyan not only politicizes the commission, but also makes the commission’s professional activities, impartiality and confidence more vulnerable.
