After the Prime Minister’s announcement about implementation of vetting in the judicial system, a number of representatives of the sector emphasized the need to develop a relevant concept. Karen Zadoyan, President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, in the interview with “Arajin Lratvakan” said,. “On 24 May, parliamentary hearings on transitional justice took place, in which we presented a report prepared by our organization, about the applicability of transitional justice in Armenia, and there were also emphasis on the use of vetting as well.
