Today, on 24 May, Parliamentary hearings on the “Prospects for the Application of Transitional Justice Tools in Armenia” are being held in the National Assembly.
Anti-corruption Expert, Lawyer of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association Syuzanna Soghomonyan noted that there are misinterpretation regarding the fact-finding and truth committees. “It is unacceptable to compare them with the functions of law enforcement agencies.”
