Brief Summary on the Introduction of the Anti-Corruption Institutional System

Throughout the years, the fight against corruption in the Republic of Armenia has been carried out through a decentralized system, when a number of state bodies were empowered to fight corruption, but we have never had a single body responsible for the recorded results, including the negative ones. At present it is necessary to move from the decentralized system to a centralized anti-corruption system. The best option is summarized based on the international experience and recommended to create an independent universal anti-corruption body, which will have anti-corruption education, corruption prevention, operational intelligence and preliminary investigation functions.
