On 15 October, the ALA representatives hosted Mr. Thomas Schirrmacher, Professor, PhD, ThD, DD, and President of the International Society for Human Rights International Council and his colleagues. During the meeting Mr. Karen Zadoyan, President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, presented the main directions and achievements of the organization. Mr. Schirrmacherhighly appreciated the efforts of the organization aimed at protecting human rights, fighting corruption, and strengthening good governance.
The parties discussed the main directions of cooperation as well.
With the help of the ALA, Mr. Schirrmacher also met with the representatives of other civil society organizations.
