On 12-14 September, 2018, Yerevan Marriott Hotel hosted the 11th Francophone International Non-Governmental Organization Forum organized by the International Organization of Francophonie https://www.francophonie.org/-conferenceOINGerevan. 127 delegates from the Francophone countries attended the conference. Miss Mariam Zadoyan, representative of the Armenian lawyers’ Association, which is the Coordinator of the CSOs Anti-Corruption Coalition Secretariat, attended the Forum as well.
The Opening Ceremony of the forum with participation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Secretary-General of the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie Ms Michaëlle Jean, took place on 12 September
The second day of the Forum was held in the round-table discussions format in French language and was dedicated to the issues of cultural dialogue, the rule of law, the fight against discrimination, youth employment in migration, equality of men and women.
Mariam Zadoyan took part in a round-table discussion on the rule of law state and nondiscrimination issues. She presented the organization’s activities under the slogan “Living Together”. During the Forum new partner relations were established and the sides discussed the issues for possible cooperation.
