On April 12, the students of the Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders hosted Ara Zohrabyan, Chairman of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia .
Issues related to the selection of the members of the Corruption Prevention Committee, including the issues related to the activities of the Competition Board to be formed for that purpose, were discussed.
Notably, certain provisions of the Law on Corruption Prevention will enter into force on April 10, according to which the Speaker of the RA National Assembly will also appeal to the RA Chamber of Advocates to nominate a representative to the Competition Board to be formed for the selection of members of the newly created Corruption Prevention Committee.
Currently, the students of the Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders meet with representatives of all the structures that will be represented in the Competition Board.
The Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders announces the monitoring of the selection process of the members of the Anti -Corruption Commission by the RA National Assembly, including the monitoring of the formation and activities of the Competition Council to be formed for that purpose.
It should be reminded that a statement was made by the school that it would monitor the election of the members of the National Assembly by the Corruption Prevention Committee, including the activities of the Competition Board to be formed for that purpose.
