The 13th extraordinary General Assembly of the “Armenian Lawyers’ Association” NGO took place on February 2.
The issue on the agenda was the discussion and adoption of the new Statute of the Association, which has been harmonised with the provisions of the new “Law on Non-Governmental Organizations”.
After the joint development and discussion of the new Statute it was unanimously adopted and will be submitted to the State Registrar Agency of Legal Entities for registration.
