On November 16, President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association Karen Zadoyan participated in the regular sitting of the Public Council under the Minister of Justice, headed by Justice Minister David Harutyunyan.
Karen Zadoyan presented the recommendations of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association on the Draft Decisions of the RA Government on “Approval of the Technical Description and Procedure for the Maintenance of the Unified Electronic Platform” and “On establishing a sample form of record registration and formulation in case of internal or external notification, as well as on the procedure for implementing protection mechanisms for whistleblowers.”
During the session, the process of implementation of the 2017 activities of the RA Ministry of Justice proceeding from the national strategy for human rights protection as well as other agenda issues were also discussed.
