Within the framework of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Armenia and the Action Plan for 2023\u20132026 derived therefrom, aimed at discussing a number of issues related to bilateral cooperation, the Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Republic of Armenia, Arthur Nahapetyan, met with representatives of the CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia, including the President of the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association, Karen Zadoyan.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, in particular, issues related to the development of anti-corruption education, efforts aimed at the prevention and detection of corruption, as well as matters concerning the expansion of cooperation with the CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia in this context were discussed.<\/p>\n
The meeting also addressed the results recorded by the Anti-Corruption Committee in the fight against corruption, issues related to technical equipment and staff selection, as well as opportunities for studying and localizing the best practices of international anti-corruption bodies in the process of training the Committee\u2019s employees.<\/p>\n
Representatives of the CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia expressed their readiness to support efforts aimed at strengthening the Committee\u2019s capacities, developing anti-corruption education, and increasing public awareness.
