Our collaboration is based on institutional and systematic solutions. We are not looking for temporary or superficial &#8216;fire extinguishing&#8217; options, but rather strive to offer long-term legal and systematic solutions centered around the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/armrights.am\"><strong>Armrights.am<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0online platform for the protection of Artsakh Armenians&#8217; rights,&#8221; noted the director of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Yerevan101010\"><strong>&#8220;HyeKa&#8221;<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0non-governmental organization.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Baghdasaryan emphasized that after numerous discussions, they have become convinced that this platform can become a unifying tool founded on the principle of care.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8220;At this moment, our nation needs precisely these kinds of systems that will offer long-term, institutional, and effective solutions to the challenges we face. Only together\u2014by seeing and supporting one another\u2014can we find the right solutions to our problems.
