{"id":9200,"date":"2024-11-18T15:47:28","date_gmt":"2024-11-18T11:47:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/?p=9200"},"modified":"2024-11-18T15:47:28","modified_gmt":"2024-11-18T11:47:28","slug":"training-conducted-for-sub-grantees-on-effective-implementation-of-budgetary-programs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/9200.html","title":{"rendered":"Training Conducted for Sub-grantees on Effective Implementation of Budgetary Programs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A mandatory one-day training was organized within the framework of the &#8220;Budgets for Citizens&#8221; program, dedicated to the effective implementation of sub-grant programs aimed at conducting budget monitoring and analysis in target areas, as well as engaging young budget specialists in CSOs\/Media on an employment basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The training was conducted by the project&#8217;s key experts: Syuzanna Soghomonyan, representative of the Armenian Lawyers&#8217; Association, and Armen Petrosyan, Financial Officer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In the first part of the training, Syuzanna Soghomonyan presented in detail the content aspects of the programs, particularly addressing:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Methodology for developing narrative and descriptive reports<\/li>\n<li>Specifics of the Logical Framework Approach<\/li>\n<li>Procedures for signing sub-grant agreements<\/li>\n<li>Basic principles of working collaboration with young specialists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Then, in the second part of the event, Armen Petrosyan thoroughly discussed the main aspects of financial management:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Preparation of interim and final financial reports<\/li>\n<li>Proper classification and presentation of expenses<\/li>\n<li>Rules for maintaining financial documentation<\/li>\n<li>Peculiarities of accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The training concluded with interactive discussions, during which sub-grantees had the opportunity to receive comprehensive answers to their concerns.
