{"id":8844,"date":"2024-07-09T10:20:26","date_gmt":"2024-07-09T06:20:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/?p=8844"},"modified":"2024-07-09T22:13:21","modified_gmt":"2024-07-09T18:13:21","slug":"providing-free-legal-assistance-to-forcibly-displaced-persons-from-artsakh-currently-living-in-the-khoy-community","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armla.am\/en\/8844.html","title":{"rendered":"Providing Free Legal Assistance\u00a0to Forcibly Displaced Persons from Artsakh currently living in the Khoy Community"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-51825\" src=\"https:\/\/armla.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/logos-300x164.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"327\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>On 11 July, at 11.00 a.m. free legal assistance will be provided to the forcibly displaced persons from Artsakh in the building of Community Hall of Khoy Community of Geghakert village, located at 30 Mesrop Mashtots Street.<\/strong>\u00a0Free legal assistance is provided in the scope of the \u201cStrengthening of Rights Protection Mechanisms of Forcibly Displaced Persons from Nagorno Karabakh\u201d Project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The legal assistance includes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Documenting the problems of people forcibly displaced from Artsakh,<\/li>\n<li>Providing free legal assistance to forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh and are considered vulnerable (socially insecure, unemployed, disabled, student, woman, and etc.) for solving issues with state and local self-government bodies,<\/li>\n<li>Protection of the rights of Artsakh Armenians and representation of interests in the RA state bodies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>To receive legal assistance forcibly displaced persons from Artsakh can call at: +374 10 540199 or write to the following e-mail address:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:info@armla.am\"><strong>info@armla.am<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>\u201cStrengthening of Rights Protection Mechanisms of Forcibly Displaced Persons from Nagorno Karabakh\u201d Project is implemented by the \u201cArmenian Lawyers\u2019 Association\u201d NGO in cooperation with partner \u201cHarmony\u201d Shushi Women NGO in the framework of the \u201cJustice Reforms Monitoring in Armenia\u201d (<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.juremonia.am\/\">www.juremonia.am<\/a><em>)\u00a0program\u00a0implemented with the financial support of the European Union. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the integration of FDPs from NK into their new communities of residence in Armenia, enhancing access to justice and raising the level of legal awareness by strengthening their rights protection mechanisms,\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>This publication has been produced with the financial assistance of the European Union.
