Project duration is 4 months. The total cost of the project is 999.900 AMD, of which 909.000 AMD is provided to the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association, contribution of the Partner of the Office of the RA President is 90.900 AMD.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The main objectives of the project are: to identify the issues and corruption risks that exist in the state bodies and other organizations, which provide services in the food safety sphere through transparency and public awareness; to carry out a study of the RA Draft Law on \u201cBiosafety of the Use of Genetically Modified Organisms\u201d by an expert-lawyer, comparing and harmonising the draft with the best international experience, as well as to prepare a report focusing on the elimination of corruption risks.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The \u201cStrengthening Public Oversight and Mechanisms for the Prevention of Corruption in Food Safety Sector\u201d Project is implemented with financial support of the Office of the RA President by the \u201cArmenian Lawyers\u2019 Association\u201d NGO in cooperation with the Youth Foundation of Armenia, partner of the Office of the RA President.
