On 26 April, the participants of the budget training for representatives of CSOs and Mass Media launched within the framework of the \u201cBudgets for Citizens\u201d action had an online discussion with the expert of the budget component of the program Ms Lilit Hakobyan, representative of \u201cEconomic Development and Research Center\u201d (EDRC).<\/p>\n
The meeting was opened by the welcoming speech to the expert, which was followed by the words of gratitude of the representatives of the CSOs and Mass media regarding the curriculum and in particular the “budgetary knowledge” module.<\/p>\n
Then, the discussion continued in a question-and-answer format. The participants raised essential and technical questions of their concerned which they directed to the specialist. Expert Lilit Hakobyan, in her turn, addressed in detail to all the questions of the participants.<\/p>\n
Throughout the discussion, the results of the first module \u201cBudget Knowledge\u201d of the online phase of budget training were summarized, and then a smooth transition to the second module \u201cAdvocacy implementation\u201d of the online phase was made.<\/p>\n
